Plumbing Help

So, I have... a clog. I accidentally knocked a half a roll of toilet paper into my bowl in the middle of pissing like a racehorse. I didn't exactly feel like getting it out and taking it to the garbage in the middle of the night, so I just let it sit in the toilet and like, dissolve. I helped the process along with a few mighty streams here and there. So I went to flush, and of course, it clogs up. I've tried plunging, and I've tried to pull it out with some rubber gloves, to no avail. I grabbed some Liquid Plumbr, but it says not for toilets on the back. XD

So Dakka, any ideas? I don;t want to call the plumber. Don;t have the money. Any chemicals that work for toilets?

metal coat hanger, turn the triangle section into a long 'handle' and push the hook into the blockage, pulling it back towards you gently to free up the wedged U-bend. Don't scrap the ceramic with it!!

(For unforeseen consequences)

Having your water and sewage company contact info readily available is not a particularly bad idea.
None of that may seem necessary, but it does come down to what risks you're forced/want to take on.

Hiring a plumber sucks.
Having a sewage DIY go wrong is even worse. Don't hire the expensive plumber, or the cheap one, just try to find a professional that isn't apt to rape you with an exorbitant bill.

A toilet snake will work GREAT for that. They come in many sizes and lengths and are pretty affordable. I have one thats about as thick as my big toe and its like 20 feet long that was around $30 and a thinner one thats like 15foot for $20 ish. Those are great, and easy to use, and wont damage your toilet.

Best results if you can attach it to a drill
