24 Marauders with shields will not do much - not a whole lot of offense & 24 figures will be killed off in 2 rounds of combat. I prefer hordes of Marauders with GW.

The 5 man unit of marauders is hard pressed to find a roll in 8th. Same with hounds - their only function is to give additional units for deployment.

2 chariots or (almost) a whole new unit of warriors. I would favor the warrior unit as the most useful.]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/318972/1961469.page http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/318972/1961469.page GMT yeah iv noticed hounds and horsemen aren't as effective due to the new rules, then again i was playing against high elves who have benefited greatly from them :/ their mainly there for causing problems etc and generally annoying, redirecting charges then coordinating with other units to hit in the flank, i may drop the warhounds altogether because they dont even screen cavalry anymore :(
so take 2 more chariots ontop of the 2 im using ot another warriors unit?
