Power Tool for Working With Plastics

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with something like this:

http://www.micromark.com/ULTRA-TECH-PRECISION-POWER-SCREWDRIVER-AND-UNIVERSAL-CHUCK-COMBO,9714.html

It's basically coordless screwdriver that has a chuck so you can put in drill bits. The speed is slow enough to work like a powered pin vise which should be good since high RPM melts plastic and prevents detail work.
