Mine was about a year ago. I was walking to the stairs, and apparently there was some air in the way, because I fell. Hard. Down a flight of stairs and into a wall. A wall which happened to have a big mirror hanging on it. So I fall, hit the wall, and at this point I've already suffered a cracked rib and a broken wrist, then, big surprise, that big mirror decides now is a good time to come down. On my head. Now that I look back it's kind of funny, but when it happened I was too busy trying not to black out in order to dial 911.

One of the bigger kids ( about 8) kicked a football and I ran directly in the way and took it to the side of the head and fell sideways into a concrete wall. I don't remember it hurting but the next thing I do remember was being in a car sitting on Mr Barnett's lap and touching his face, because I couldn't see him at all. He said we were going to the hospital and I guess I blacked out as I don't remember getting there.

Had no vision for 3 or 4 days every time I came to, then snapped out of it and was absolutely fine.

Looking back on it, it must have been really serious, but I don't remember any pain or discomfort, just that the nurses let me have coco pops which was one heck of a luxury for someone in a family as poor as mine, and I got to watch the childrens channel on my own TV when I could see again

Doing anything more then walking briskly hurt, I couldn't work out or even lift weights.

My list though also includes broken left arm (three time) one inch puncture wound in my shin, nails in both my heels, and a brain contusion.

While brushing my teeth one morning ( if you ever witnessed the awe-inspiring sight that is me brushing teeth, youd understand) I simply slipped with the toothbrush and stabebd the back of my mouth. It hurt but nothing too bad. Then I woke later that night to the most blindingly painful pain Ive ever pained. I seriously couldnt swallow and had to drewl out my saliva.

Off to the hospital, where they very nearly quarantined myself and my brother because he drove me somehow the stab from my toothbrush cause a massive infection that went crazy. They pumped me with an experimental anti biotic (no joke, had to sign a waiver for it lol) and sat in the hospital all day long. They finally gave me some pills that were basically medical heroin and the next 3 days I dont remember thanks to the drugs. i was coming home late from a party with some of my friends
we were stopped at a red light
light turned green
we moved forward
then i remember a loud BANG and nothing more

comas are fun
i don't remember much, but there were some strange visions and sounds
when i woke up i had 4 broken ribs, a punctured lung, internal bleeding, and a pretty bad concussion

turns out some gadjo drunk broadsided us
i, riding shotgun, got the worst of it
my friends thought i was dead

Playing American Football for my Uni,my own tam-mate fell on my leg and bent my knee the wrong way. Eventually had to have a full ACL rebuild, repaired MCL, cartilage removed and a bone graft.

Rather impressive recovery though. Had a long time off, but been playing ball again for four years, and played every game this season just finished. 1st: When I was six, I broke my forearm while playing tag. I climbed to the top of a slide to avoid being tagged and every time I'd try to get down by either the ladder or the slide, I'd get cut off at the bottom, so I grabbed the side railing and attempted to sling myself over the side and drop feet first (sounds stupid, but I did it several times successfully before). My grip slipped and I came tumbling down hard, left arm first on top of some timber.

2nd: When I was 12ish, me and a friend were seeing who could jump farthest. Instead of doing this on the ground like sane children, we did it across those massive cable spools power companies had. Each time we'd successfully complete a jump, we'd space them out further and go again. I was the first to find out what his max jumping range was, as my front foot missed and I came down head first into the spool. Helluva concussion, a bloody nose and two teeth MIA.

3rd: Once I got to driving age, I turned onto a road with a blind curve. I remember checking both ways and pulling out. Then I remember asking myself "why am I in a ditch?". There's no memories whatsoever of the collision. Some insanely stupid woman came around the curve and rear-ended my car hard enough to stuff the rear axle under the driver seat. Stupid wench said she attempted to pass me and failed... HARD. The officers estimated she collided into me going 80 mph to my 25 mph. Got another concussion, and 1-2 days of horrible short term memory and 1 or 2 black outs. Worst part: she had her kids in the car..

4th and most recently: A nailgun at work malfunctioned and tried to fire two nails at once. Sadly no proof other then a funny story. It was 10 years ago. But my family love that one, because during the 3 days I didnt remember, I was in such a drug induced haze that occasionally I stumbled out of my room drewling on myself and rambling about god knows what and then staggered back in my bed and passed out. I once stupidly jumped off my folks roof for an "inflight picture" and broke my left foot in half, it was in the middle of my foot between the ankle and the toes.... that kindda area. Anywho I broke it at a time where I couldnt see a specialist until like 4 days later. I had the joy of getting those puppies re-broke just to set them right after wards. The worst In my sentient life was a couple of years ago at a party, dancing after a Newcastle Brown ale or 12. I fell over onto a guitar stand and one of the prongs that support the guitars base stabbed me in the side just above my hip. Didnt notice till the next day when I woke up in agonizing pain, looked down to see a huge purple bruise and a perfectly circular 1/4 inch diameter hole in my side. No blood but I could see right into it, there was a layer of skin then fat then muscle then darkness. Luckily it missed my kidney and didnt pierce my intestines

It didn't hit anything vital, but took six months to heal.
Somewhere between those two incidents, I'm still not entirely sure when, I decided to go to Minnesota to see an old high school girlfriend and was welcomed by her psycho brother shooting me in the leg with the AK-47 that there father brought back from Vietnam.
I have also been bitten by six different species of animals, had a yard dart thrown entirely through my foot, fallen nearly naked into rose bushes, covered in angry fire ants and hit in the family jewels with a 150 MHP overinflated soccer ball.

Almost naked. I had a pair of shorts on, so I avoided genital (and the accompanying mental) scarring. I like to build things, and experiment, often combining the two. I was using solder as a casting material, and needed to cut it into smaller chunks. Get snips? Not when there's a cold chisel at hand! I grab the solder and start knifeswinging the chisel down to cut it into nice lengths. I hit my thumb after a few goes. Then it occurs to me that I've cut the tip of my thing off, said nub hanging by a very thin bit of skin. I freaked out momentarily...and then ran like hell into the bathroom where I worked it back into place and bandaged it.

Surprisingly with no hospital visit, it didn't even scar! Though it was a bit weird and flat for a while...

Worst injury I've ever seen though was a kid in metal-shop who didn't take the 'don't wear long sleeves' rule to heart. Got his sleeve caught in a lathe, damn near broke his arm, cut his whole damn thumb off. HOspital for him! Then while I was in the hospital, I hit my head off a radiator.

I still have the two scars on my forehead. xD

A more Recent Injury though was when I was riding my Bike. I got caught in a heavy HEAVY rainstorm, so cycled Fast to get home. I took a corner too fast and slipped off the bike down a 8" deep kerb onto sharp pointy rocks (it was an unfinished and un tarred road.

I had a rock stab myself right UNDER my kneecap and nearly pop my kneecap OFF.

I vaguely remember the Ski Patrol guy telling me that I looked awesome when I was in the air and a very attractive EMT (she may have been 300lbs for how fethed up my head was) trying to hold me down while they were cutting off my UnderArmor. I had a concussion, a cerebral contusion and a good bit of inter cranial bleeding. I was living in Florida at the time, and the roads in the area where made of a concrete with shells mixed in. Hence skin contact with the road was a very BAD idea. I was flying down this hill, something caught my attention, and when I turned to look forward, my right handle bar caught the edge of a van. A flying I went. I landed on the left side of my body and slid about 10 feet. Severe road rash along my shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. I was bandaged up, and spent 3 days just lying in bed in absolute pain.
