I can't speak for anywhere other than the US, but I can tell you that in spite of what appears to be a relatively high demand for these models in many of their North American stores GW has shipped only a token number of these miniatures to those shops. A poll of a few different shops in my area reveals that each store only received two to four copies of each model to sell. If it's like that all over North America this will mean that the models will sell out extremely quickly and GW has not said anything about whether or not these models would be available later on their website or through restocking at their stores. In other words, if you really wanted one or both of these special edition models they may prove rather difficult to obtain and likely impossible for many customers. Store operators will be upset because it will cut into their potential sales for the day and many customers will be disappointed that they could not obtain models that they really wanted. When you get to your local Hobby Centre, there will be limited numbers of the Prince Althran on foot and Warlord Spinetail miniatures available for you to buy.


If you don't manage to get your hands on these models on the day, then don't worry - you can also order them from the in-store terminal or directly from games-workshop.com

I cant believe in a state the size and population of Florida doesnt even have one GW store.
