I would assume metal since only their generic jacks and starter boxes are plastic as of now.

But you are right, these models are pretty compact and close which results in pretty permanent poses as far as I can see :-(

My guess is the criteria is single piece model units from Prime that are 6 to 10 models per unit (box and two blisters). McThralls and Biles are fine. They are solid sculpts that fit the art well. But I wouldn't be too dissappointed.

Mechanics (Cygnar & Khador) are a possibility as they're single piece and come in multiple blisters as do Long Gunners.

I think repackaging and age of sculpt are the driving factors in what will be resculpted.
