Since the Bell no longer needs to throw dice to get it's Bound Spell Scorch off, do other abilities with similar wording need to? I know Empire still does as they are described to work exactly like Bound Spells, and unlike the Bell lack the automatically cast line, nor do I recall offhand if any army out there does.
