I have never understood exactly why attaching a IC to snikrots unit is considered to be a TFG trick. In all honesty Ghaz is usually getting were I want him too turn 2 anyways so how does coming on the back field and getting him to the same place any different? If anything it has a higher chance of prolonging ghaz's arrival which is rarely a good thing. Maybe its about the rules? but the rules are pretty clear you are allowed. And lastly its orks, they could use a couple "tricks" as you may call them.

Yea I just don't understand why it is viewed so badly, its a tactic I don't use because I don't even feel its that great yet people are yelling "the game is broken" or "your a TFG if you do that thing your allowed to do".

To the op: If you were playing me and you did it I really wouldn't care and the rules allow you to do this so nobody should really be caring but as you can see by other people's reactions that it is the single most hated legal rule I have come across and if you play people that are WAAC type players you will run into heated debates from people trying to stop you from doing something legal. So maybe discuss with your local gaming group but I give it a thumbs up.

Have fun not having possibly 400+ points not come in until turn 5.

Meh. I mean, it *can* be good if you know you're playing a Leaf Blower army, but that's basically counter picking. Against the most popular armies today (Blood Angels/Space Wolves), the tactic is useless. Blood Angels have fast vehicles to leave Ghaz in the dust, and Space Wolves' most popular build, Loganwing, can avoid it all together. In fact most mech can avoid it turn 2, which is the earliest it could come in.

Just remember that if your playing a friendly game, or teaching someone the ropes, plopping Ghaz in the back of their army makes people not like you. Yes players that are used to tricks like that, expect it, and will make Ghaz a dead Ghaz.
