Check out the Dakka Articles/posts on scale compatibility to find what range you should be looking for, then just browse to find the look you want.

edit: Almost forgot - lots of this stuff is dead easy to make, too. Fine (size, not quality - buy cheap!) jewelry chain, thin gauge wire, and some plasticard scraps are enough to deck out a tank in style, without even having to resort to more advanced GS sculpting or casting.
