				<description><![CDATA[ Well to start i am going to give a general background idea to how this codex started .Its mostly based around the space marine codex and i have no idea what i going to do for fluff so i will need help in that area as well as the rules for the characters .so  without further ado here are my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> units and troops.(also <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span>/<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>bs</span>/s/t and such are in the normal order so i wont write the letters)<br /> <br /> x ato                                             195<br /> 6/5/4/4/2/4/3/10/2+(<span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(162);'>inv</span>/4+)<br /> dual power fists with built in flamers.<br /> <br /> special rules.<br /> friendly fire / a single character x ato is in a unit with can be thrown 12 inches into an enemy unit this counts as assault and thrown character for that round has an initiative of 1.<br /> not done yet / any model with this rule may return to the board if killed, next round on a roll of a 4+ with 1 wound and no <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(162);'>inv</span> save can only be used once.<br /> get of my lawn / if an enemy model enter terrain that x ato is in x ato can assault them.this does not work if x ato enters terrain the enemy is already in . <br /> (suggest something else please because friendly fire isn't good)<br /> <br /> now for the troop choice<br /> <br /> slackers                                                       35<br /> slacker  2/0/2/2/1/2/1/4/6+                 <br /> slacker slapper 4/4/4/4/2/6/2/9/4+<br /> <br /> unit comp:<br /> 10 slackers<br /> 1 slacker slapper   <br /> <br /> slacker equipment:<br /> stick<br /> rags<br /> <br /> slacker slapper equipment:<br /> bolt  pistol<br /> armor plating<br /> sword<br /> <br /> notes:<br /> x ato as some people may have guessed is highly based on calgar<br /> slackers are basically lazy people who weren't doing any thing and where roped in to help and are essentially meat shields .<br /> what do you think my fellow man (and woman (because im not sexist))<br /> <br />  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ hello again ,why has nobody commented.please comment but any way i have been working on the fluff and here's what i have got :<br /> x ato<br /> x ato was not always known by his name as we know it now but he has shed that name now he is no longer that person , the child who was forgotten by all and loved by non ,cept one who neither loved nor helped his existence  this man who the child called farther beat him to near death every day for the fun of it .when the young x ato was 15 finally able to stand up to his farther and killed him .The specifics of his fathers death are shaded and unclear but what is known is it was x ato who killed him and it was slow and very painful.Their are as in any murder rumors of what happened of which two are prominent the first being as they lived in the tree tops safe from the beasts below ,all these tree top city's where connected by walkways and the rumor goes that x ato pushed his farther over the edge grabbing the sword from his farther as he fell to make sure his farther could in no way fight the beasts that would slowly kill him.the second of these rumors involves an ork trukk with a mangler death roller  an army of orks with a mad doc and x ato's home city smashing to the ground.little else in known of that rumor but you can imagine it .But what happened to him as a child at the hands of his farther spurred him on to be what he is today.<br /> <br /> i would now like to point out a few things about x ato's appearance he wears full terminator armor of which the back is painted in camo colors and the front is blue.<br /> and please post a comment i really need them<br /> thank you. <img src="/s/i/a/c614b4720f1b7225b0523f616ac30b2f.gif" border="0"> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Sorry for the confusion what i meant by based on the space marine codex is a lot of the characters that i am going to add will relate point and stat wise and has nothing to do with it fluff wise.<br /> Also lunarman your post was a wast of space and really if that's what you will put ,save yourself the effort and don't post at all ,yes i know its not good but that's why i ask for comments not comments such as <br /> "I think this is a joke... 				<description><![CDATA[ I would attribute Lunarman's comment to that fact that you haven't offered any compelling reason to take this seriously.  While you may be right that Lunarman's post is "a waste of space," I think the summation of his commentary would be that this thread is a waste of space.  You have offered one <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> choice and one troops choice, with no concept, drawings, models, fluff, or any discussion of the army's distinguishing characteristics.  We, your readers, can't offer constructive commentary, because whatever may be interesting about this army that you're designing is invisible to us.  All we have to go on are a few statlines and a couple of special rules, coupled with an entirely un-descriptive name, the "Space Warriors." <br /> <br /> So, there are a few basic issues you need to address, fluffwise:<br /> <br /> 1. What species are they, what kind of a world do they come from, and how do these characteristics inform their style of warfare?<br /> <br /> 2. What's their relationship with the Imperium?  Hostile?  Protectorate?  No contact?  <br /> <br /> 3. What's their ideology, and how does this translate into the forces they field?<br /> <br /> 4. What's their aesthetic?  What sort of armor, insignia, weaponry, etc. do they use?  <br /> <br /> Other considerations:<br /> <br /> 1. Are "stick" and "rags" wargear or just fluff, a la the wraith's armament in Codex: Necrons.  <br /> <br /> 2. X Ato 195's special rules are unclear, beyond most basic interpretation.  Here's what I think you mean:<br /> <br /> Friendly Fire: During the shooting phase, if X Ato 195 is in the same unit as another independent character, he may, instead of shooting, "throw" that character at the enemy.  Place the character up to 12" from X Ato 195 and in base contact with enemy models.  For all intents and purposes, that character counts as having assaulted in the ensuing assault phase, but counts as I1 due to the disorientation.  This is the one exception to the rule that Independent Characters may not leave their units after the movement phase.  If there are no enemy models within 12", this attack fails, the character stays in X Ato 195's unit, and X Ato 195 may not fire.  <br /> <br /> I'm Not Done Yet!: X Ato 195 is stubborn beyond belief, refusing to die even when subjected to the most grievous wounds.  The first time that X Ato 195 dies, instead of removing the model from the table, place it on its side.  In X Ato 195's next movement phase, roll a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>d6</span>.  On a 4+, he stands back up with a single wound remaining, and his invulnerable save ceases to function for the remainder of the game.  On a 1-3, or if he should be killed a second time, he succumbs to his wounds and is irrevocably dead.   Remove him from the table.  <br /> <br /> Get Off My Lawn: This rule activates when an enemy unit enters the same piece of terrain that X Ato 195 occupies.  In X Ato 195's next assault phase, he may assault that unit from any point on the battlefield regardless of range or intervening terrain.  <br /> <br /> If these aren't exactly what you intend, then please clarify.  Clarity should never be sacrificed on the altar of brevity.  ]]></description>
