Now i've played him before and won, but this time we're going up to 2000pts

It's a casual game, neither of us are looking to trounce the other guy, but obv we want to win and more importantly have a good fun game, that lasts, that isn't full of insta win mobs and tacs!

So i'll explain a little on what i reckon he'll be bringing; Probably 10 Incubi, 20ish Wracks, Warriors and Wyches + some Archons and Heamonculi however this isn't to be taken as red, he could turn up with brand new models so i can't really guarantee.

I'm kinda swayed to LIST 1, for reason of more synapse nids, and Gargs are just plain fun to kamikaze into enemies!

You've got too many HQs. Tervigon needs to be troop choice but you need a min squad of Termagants for that.

You need more Hive Guard, two is not enough. Get rid of the Doom, he's not that cool.

I'd take two units of Hormagaunts but with toxin sacs instead so you wound on a 4+ and re-roll to wound against equal or lower toughness to your strength

Not sure what the Gargoyles are meant to be doing.
