For 1500 point games, I would remove the Screamers, Daemonettes, Herald of Nurgle, one unit of Flamers and 2 Seekers.

If I get the first group as my starting set, I would DS out of LOS if possible and work my way to the enemy. If I get the second group, try to DS near objectives and hunker down until I get my mobile units. Both teams have Icons, so once my other units start coming in I can either drop in the middle of the fight or elsewhere to open a second front. Grinder, DP, Screamers and Herald of Tzeench work on anti-vehicle.

Putting an Icon in a Bloodletter squad is generally a bad idea because they are fairly squishy. I'd remove that Icon and bump up their size as well as bumping the Daemonettes.

Plaguebearers function well at 5-7, 10 is a bit large.

Unholy might is an excellent upgrade for Fiends.

Seekers are OK, Fiends do everything they do but better.

Screamers are meh. Meltabombs do nothing against fast vehicles.

Soul Grinders are a poor choice at >1500pts. There's too much anti-tank weaponry on the board for one Walker to be effective. Trade him for a buddy for your other Daemon Prince.
