Its not spraygunned, or nicely painted in a camo scheme. This time, its drybrushed.
So, grey as it is ( and may stay ), decals were added and IMO this vehicle is ready.
Some of the weapons are my own doing, some are provided in the kit and thus maybe different to their GW counterparts.
Sponsons weapons are old Leman russ heavy bolters, crewman and details from accessory sprues.

The Tank upfront without a turret-weapon:

Following the trend of magnetizing, it has several options:

some sort of Demolisher:


twinlinked autocannons:


a Vanquisher style long barreled main gun and a coax autocannon:


a VMB borrowed from a Stormlord kit:


either a nova-cannon or a hellhammer type cannon:


Sadly screwed the pic of the plasma-cannon, which is nearly similar to the GW design but a bit smaller.

I know there is no "real" weathering
but I am curious if the drybrushing in a darker than the basic color works for you.

( basic = codex grey, brushed = granite grey ).

Generally none of the vehicles I painted ever got any Theatre of war related effects ( mud, dust, ...) and I am not convinced to make that link to 1 campaign.

Seems there is much love for the "in the field look" and washes.

The structured surface of resin made drybrushing an option, which may not work as well with flat plastic surfaces.
I take it this worked well, so I can now try out the suggestions made.

I LOVE the different weapon options, the best looking imo are the long barreled cannon and the stubby hellhammer thingy.
