I tried to keep it simple and i might combine the xbow units. Do i need a dispel scroll? Should i try fit a BSB in there? Is the knight unit too big? Are harpies any good? I dont own any models, yet.

Definitely worth investing in one in any higher value fights though. The Repeater Crossbowmen have always been a pain fighting against so you should get good mileage out of them. Letting them wither down your enemies forces before your spearmen get stuck in. The only thing I'd change with the Xbows is to give each a standard bearer. Its good to have standards as one battle you will auto lose if you have none. The Cold one knights should pack a nice punch. Though at such a cost at a low level I would probably be using them at higher point battles and use those points on a bolt thrower and a cheaply kitted BSB. And use any leftover points on more spears and crossbowmen.
