This was some time around the first week in September, and the representative I emailed with informed me that production would begin on my model on the last week of December.

On December 9th, I was informed that they would be beginning the model the last week of December as agreed. Since then, I have received nothing from the company despite asking for an update, and that worries me slightly. I have made a payment of half the cost of the model in mid September, and I dislike being scammed.

So what gives?
