I thought sites weren't allowed to use online shopping carts with GW product. Most retail distributors have enough on their plate without wasting manpower searching the web to find out if their customers have set up websites...

I would pretty much guarantee that at most, whatever distributors GW stuff goes through would have a clause in their contract saying 'Don't sell GW stuff through a webstore' and that's as involved as they would get in the whole thing. Actually enforcing it would be left up to GW...

Battlewagon Bitz, before the Warstore bought them out, got away with having a webstore for a year or so, IIRC.

And yeah, I realised that you meant US distributors specifically. My point was that those rules wouldn't apply if the store was buying their stock direct from the UK, or through some other non-US-based distributor.

I bought 3x kan boxes and about 9x boyz boxes from them right before Christmas. Took a few days longer for them to ship because of Christmas, but the communication was great and they even upgraded the shipping just so I would get my order before Christmas for free. I would recommend.

Also, miniwargaming has a check out cart, and they are Canada based. So I guess the no cart in US thing makes sense. Sorta.

Re:Dicebucket.com online store

Yeah, I don't know about limitations on selling, but I'm 90% positive on:

1) U.S. Distributers must have a B&M storefront (otherwise my FLGS would probably not exist)

and

2) U.S. Distributers are not allowed to publish individual pricing online, which indirectly kills the cart system...although that may also be a seperate restriction.
