tervigons- carnifex sized builder bugs, imagine beatles without armour so lots of exposed wires and a orb core that powers them. 4 legs and a few claws and building arms.

shrikes- gonna be mechanical, biped walkers with mechanical wings, very skeletal appearance

zoanthropes- floating controll towers with a slew of wires that hang like tenticles, mebe a gun on them...not sure

hive guard- 4 legged walking gun platforms

parasite-?????????

hive tyrant- a big mech, mebe with a human controller as the armys overlord controlling them with a psychic link.

gaunts, small arms technology (bolters, lasguns etcetera) fitted with legs and wired up to make small robots
