Ok take some heavy flamer from ig throw some spikey bits on it, use some chain (necklaces work great, from like you sister, wife, gf, or you idk) give it a nice wrap boom chaos flamer oh btw if its you like the way the chain looks put it on after you paint it

Legion of the Damned aren't Chaos, they're SM; maybe you're think of the Lost and the Damned.

If you're want the flamer to look as close as possible to metal LotD figure, you the Space Marine Terminator Heavy Flamer arm bit.
