But i now have made a list with Tetto'Eko to see if it works and if tactics/list build need to be adjusted to accommodate him.

Has anybody ever used Tetto before, or other Lizardmen characters, and what are your findings?

Won't necessarily be particularly competitive as you are dumping a huge chunk of points into magic users which doesn't leave a whole lot for anything else. This is commonly know as a "GW, WTF were you thinking?" moment. With Lizardmen it's the overpriced SCs. Best avoided IMO.

However heavens is a horrible lore for level 4 casters due to the weak ultimate spells. Comet just doesnt cut it due to the randomness.. and chain lightning is a total disaster of a spell
