Ok:
1. With both of your Vet squads immobilized with missile launchers you have zero mobility, you're either walking the squads (and wasting your ML points) or not walking them, and not claiming objectives.
2. 3 Missile Launchers? How much AT firepower do you *really* need to put out below 500 points? Just take three Grenade Launchers in each Vet squad, same points but (with the krak grenades) a much better chance of killing what you'll realistically be facing at this points level.
2. The Punisher isn't worth it. Take an Exterminator or (better) a Vanilla Russ.

If you've not got the models for this, then I would drop the LR to a LRBT and ditch the missle launchers and maybe run a 3rd vet squad. Get some special weapons.
