Sorry about the formatting... Hope it is better now. You say to drop the auto cannons for blobbing purpose. But when you blob that does not include heavy weapons squads so they would be able to sit back and shot while the blob moved forward. Correct..? This is why you have a blob squad 40 stubborn guards men and 5 power weapons. using LD nine, great tarpitting if they try and attack the leman russ

Anyway for the list:

CCS drop the plasmapistol and powerfist and just get x4 plasma guns in chimera, take a hull mounted heavy flamer for ALL the chimeras.

Autocannon HWS is fine, take meltas on the infantry cause if you blob them into 4o guys 4 melta hit 2, two meltas to pen is sure gonna do it!

I would take 4 infantry squads 1 commissar all power weapons maybe evisarator priest.

Now I would either blob up 2 squads or use these guys to sit on an objective with autocannons, and a bunch of HWS to pop tanks!
the veteran squad in the valkyrie is good, I would say to get multi-missile pods, what ever the upgrade is for that large blast.
For the platoon command squad I would get a bunch of plasma weapons, you dont need the krak grenades or power weapon as they cannot blob.
For the leman russ squad, dont make it a squad. Instead make each a seperate spot.
