Belial joins the Terminator Command squad to give me that CC deathstar to keep people wary of getting too close to the bikes. I took the normal Land Raider because this isn't an assault list, it's a shooty list with counter assault ability. Not to mention I think it looks cooler

It's a decent list against a certain type of army but you could probably do better. All your bikes have teleport homers so why not just utilize deathwing assault?
