Anyway I painted some of them up as black templars but lost steam on that because I absolutely hate paint black (as I came to discover). So, I was thinking hey, I have some awesome conversions here (and most of them are made with the black templar bits) I can just paint them up as crimson fists crusaders with red crosses rather than white.

One of the members of my group is a bit ocd and doesn't go for that idea and another thinks it is fine and interesting. I was curious what the thought of other random tourney people are since that is where much of my gaming is these days.

Given that I see tournament Khornate armies fielded as Blood Angels, and Space Wolves come in every color of the rainbow, I have no problem with Red Templars.
