I found these buildings in the back of my closet in my gaming room. I got rid of 99% of my FoW stuff so I have no use for these. My wife started painting these as pratice so the paint job is not great but not glopped on. A quick base coat spray or dump in Simple Green should do it. The buildings are resin and plaster.

Item Quality:
All items are as is and returns will not be accepted. Feel free to ask question and if you want different pictures of the items I am more than happy to take any pictures you want so you are happy with the product you are buying. All sales are final.

Shipping:
I ship only by USPS Priority Mail with tracking number (which I pay for myself). I am willing to ship overseas but the buyer must pay for any shipping costs. Insurance is available via USPS but at buyer's cost.

The item will be out the door to you within 24 hours (even Sundays and Federal Holidays because of the automated post office near my house).

I will PM you here on DakkaDakka.com with the tracking number within 2 hours of the item being dropped off at the USPS office. I will be more than happy to attach a picture of the tracking number and USPS receipt for the shipping if you request.

Once in USPS care I do cease any responsibity of the condition of the package or items once received. Also i cease any responsiblity for the package if the package is lost enroute to the address given by the buyer. I will assit you in attempting to file an insurence claim with USPS but I do not accept any monetary responsiblity for missing packages or their contents since it is the sole responsiblity for the USPS and any other delivery service for safe and timely delivery. Customs delays do happen in international delivery so allow up six weeks for international delivery.

Greivences:
If you have issue with your item(s), I will leave all pictures up in my Dakka Gallery for 5 business days after USPS shows the item received. For Forgien buyers I will retain a copy of the photographs of the items for 45 business days of the shipping date.
