The builds I run up against the most are:

Dreadlord with 1+ AS & Pendant of Khaleath(sp?)
HE Prince w/1+ re rollable and 4+ WS
Dwarf Lord w/ 1+ re rollable and 4+ WS

The simple answer is to ignore them or outflank their unit I know, but it usually ends up with the our lords in a challenge trading blows while the units around them kill each other off. Any ideas?

Hard way? Kit out your own lord and go toe-to-toe. There is no re-roll or ward save for that.
