A: NO, DO NOT CASH THE CHECK! You have been targeted by a check cashing scheme and this is not a legit form of mystery shopping. Legit Mystery Shopping providers are being impersonated by scammers that are sending out fake checks claiming to offer you a cut of the check when cashed as long as you return a portion of the money received. DO NOT CASH THE CHECK! Please report this to your local authorities.
