I've never really been a charge foward and beat face kind of player.  BUT... I know that with the way the game is now I need to be able to get there fast with melta... 3 rhinos and an immolator should work fine with that if I get first turn, if I go second, I should be able to get there still with some of my power armored nuns.  <br /> <br /> The 2 cannoness start with the blob and leave together as a unit as soon as there is a target to attack, jumping out and assaulting it.  They've got litanies of faith so they most likely will be able to take a charge from even the toughest units, and with faith and evisorators, they should be able to kill almost anything that assaults them as well.  <br /> <br /> In the back field 3 exorcists lay down fire.  the opponent has a choice. Stop the rhino/immo rush.  Or shoot the exorcists.  Either way they have a <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(111);'>raw</span> deal <br /> <br /> Dominions are my <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(87);'>LR</span> killing squad.  if they get there, its usually dead.  ]]></description>

				<title>1850 sisters of battle</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Fielded something similar my last game with Sisters of Battle. <br /> After that game we all agreed that I was not allowed to play sisters again in that configuration. I lost 7 nuns and he was annihilated in round 4. <br /> <br /> Anyhow, difference I had from yours was a few things. <br /> I did't beef up my Flying nuns as much as you have. Litanies and cloaks/mantles I did not include. <br /> This save me alot of points, and I didn't really miss them either. <br /> Why not taking the litanies?<br /> My army had 10 faith points, and if I needed more, I would martyr a unit or once canoness. <br /> Also, 10 faith points is enough if spent carefully and at the right moments. <br /> <br /> Cloak and mantle... cloak I think is over doing it. 2+ save is nice, sure, but still not really worth the pts in my opinion. Can get other items or even more bodies for those points. <br /> Mantle... works once...<br /> <br /> I also had one Canoness armed with a blessed weapon. Able to strike at her normal initiative rather than strike last. <br /> Also has re-roll. <br /> Inferno pistols is something I added too. Able to take down tanks. <br /> <br /> I did not include a single book in my army, mainly because I don't intend to stay in close combat with my basic troops. This said, once they get charged, I want them either out of there in the same turn or dead, so I can shoot the enemy in my turn. <br /> <br /> I didn't use rhinos in my army though, I used repressors, a transport vehicle allowed in an update. <br /> Transport of 10, and has a heavy flamer + storm bolter. Costs the same as the old rhino. <br /> <br /> Battle sisters armed with a variation of special weapons. <br /> <br /> Two dominion squads. And immolators with multi-meltas upgrade. This is to push some more pressure on anti-tank and more targets to aim for. <br /> Dominions unit 1 had meltaguns, and number two I couldn't afford more than storm bolters on all. Still they were useful in their way. <br /> <br /> 3 Exorcists as you have... though I must say I never got to use the third one ever. All targets dead before he could shoot, within <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LoS</span>. <br /> <br /> 2 canoness<br /> 4 units of Battle sisters in Repressors<br /> 2 dominion squads<br /> 3 Exorcists<br /> <br /> models: 52 + 9 vehicles<br /> Faith: 10<br /> points: 1750<br /> <br /> <br /> So all I can say is some things you could do without, such as all the books. <br /> Combi-meltas are nice but expensive one shots. I would rather specialize the units, anti tank and anti infantry. Meaning 2 units with melta guns and 1 or two with flamers. <br /> <br /> Upgrading the immolator to a multi-melta could be useful. Since the unit inside is hunting tanks too. Further more, basic sisters are anti infantry already, and you have alot of them. <br /> <br /> As I said, my third exorcist didn't do much, if you have it in your heart to leave it behind, you could lock up more items and units. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Sisters Rhinos have only 1 fire point so the combi melta is not all that useful unless you intend on getting out.<br /> <br /> If you get rid of all the combi meltas and some flying nun upgrades and maybe smokes on exorcists you should be able to get 2 5 celestian units with 2 meltas in Immolators instead of the 1 dominion.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Hunter killers are an interesting option for a mech sisters list that is not immolator spam where you want to rush so you can flame and melta.   The Sisters really rely on exorcists for ranged anti tank too much and Hunter killers helps alleviate this.  However they do limit your mobility the turn you fire them hence not being good in a rush list.  You might want to try them.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I would throw a priest with evisceration in the squad of 20 sisters so you can get reroll hits on charge. Marc Parker does that and has wrecked several deathstars because of that. 50 sisters are hard to kill and you are looking at 3 rhinos to go through before you get to the sisters. <br /> <br />    Its a shame you cant get more celestians in immolators, they are a real nice unit. ]]></description>

Having played Marc Parker twice, once when he was using his sister/guard mix and once vs his purple and yellow bugs of doom... I think the priests actually Hurt this squad... Yes... they will kill most things on the charge... but they are slow and very unlikely to get to charge.  This limits their shooting to 12 inches... <br /> <br /> He did do some damage to a unit of 8 blood crushers though... i was very impressed.  ]]></description>
