So the Mounted Lord will be in with the Chaos Knights. He has 50 points of Gifts, and 100 points of Magic Items available, and I'm open to suggestions. I also have 10 more Chaos Warhounds available. I'm trying to use what I currently have left over from building my 2k army, which is the 10 Chaos Knights. I will have to buy the Khorne Jugger model, but that's a purchase I'm willing to make. I also might be willing to whip together a Warshrine if it would help the list.

i would suggest mounting your BSB on a chaos steed and make him run with the knights, im not a fan of tzeentch knights though, since i would never put a BSB in a unit of marauders because they are squishy. i also suggest giving your lord a dawnstone(reroll failed armorsaves) and something like the armor of morsleib and drop the sheild, you can't go below 1+ AS anymore. a warshrine wouldn't help so much since you dont have warriors or chosen, IMHO giving blessing to marauders isn't as good as it sounds also sorcerer lord should get a charmed shield or an infernal puppet

I agree with what bob501 has added to your juggerlord. I'd also add a potion of strength, just in case you need to tear through a high armor character(dwarf lord of tank anyone?) or high T monsters. list really needs an anvil unit to hold the fort, 18 warriors of tzeentch with sword and board a standard and musician will only run you 326, drop a few marauders and you can squeeze it in

Numbers are probably off. The level 2 Sorc needs modification due to previously mentioned errors in item availability. What do I need to change to make this list final? your juggy lord needs a big nasty weapon or something like the sword of swift striking to give him some rerolls

not a fan of the puppies myself but meh

dropping the knights down might give you enough for a shrine
