Give the Tac Sarges Combi-Meltas and Meltabombs. I have seen a similar but more competitive list which is essentially "how many melta shots and Lascannons can I fire in 1 Turn?" It can work well, but its really dull to play with.

What powers does the Librarian have? Just writing Librarian doesn't help as its specific powers that define his role in the list, eg Quickening + Machine Curse defines him as the property of a slow.
