I started playing wh40k some three or four years ago, using the imperial fists. I played them because of the static, solid aspect of siege warfare they prefer. After using them for ~a year, I started to find the game dry and quit for about 18 months. Recently, I started returning to my FLGS to play megabattles w/ the stores models. Then I realized why I found the game dry: The IF weren't tailored for that play style. Then I realized the Tau WERE meant for that. So I started Tau and now here I am .
