Staying Motivated and 'tale of X gamers'.

Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this so please move if it's not in the right place. Anyway, I've been wondering how to stay motivated; I'm fine with modelling, I really enjoy converting and using green stuff but as I've found out now I've started painting for my golden diorama I'm ok at painting at first but soon get bored. It's not too bad at the moent as it's detailed on a few models but when I have massive armies to paint up that's when I get really bored and I'll be starting my 2000 point ork army in a few months once I've finished current projects.

I was just wondering what ideas people had. Also, although I can't at the moment due to me working on my golden demon and convert to ork challenge stuff, I've been thinking about starting a tale of X gamers sort of thing once i start my ork army to hep me stay motivated. I wouldn't be able to start for a few months like I said, but would anyone be interested when I do need motivation. Thanks.
