I ordered two mats from them a few weeks back (late February) - paid them about $100 via Paypal. Since then, I have heard nothing. I've emailed them three times, and have heard nothing back. I've even checked my spam folders - nothing.

Anyone else running into problems with them? Should I try and get a Paypal refund? Any thoughts?
