If your brother is already tired of the game then playing more with him will only make things worse.

A club would let him find his own place in the hobby. More opponents, and a wider variety of armies and terrain might be just the thing to perk up his interest.

Yes, maybe warhammer isn't his thing, maybe not even wargaming, he might prefer CCGs or RPGs. It's handy having a brother or something to play against but people aren't identical, he needs to find his own feet.
