GW Alkmaar Opens May 14th 2011

Great news for all hobbyists in Noord Holland, as Games Workshop will be opening its sixth store in Nederland in Alkmaar!

The new store will be the second to open in 2011 (after Breda's opening in March), and we're already getting ready to open the doors next month!

With a full set of Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000 and War of the Ring tables plus space for painting activities, plans are in place to provide plenty of great activities for local hobbyists!

Personally I doubt they'll open one in Utrecht, seeing as there is a high concentration of gaming stores (4!) in the old city centre, three of whom share the same street, with the fourth just being two streets away. Unless GW thinks of opening one in Hoog Catherijne, that's always worth an expensive shot.
