Im not really sure what else to buy(im pretty new to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(3);'>40k</span> and still learning some of the rules). But, please tell me what i should take out or add. I do have 3 warbikes, 5 nobz with sluggas and choppas from <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(505);'>AOBR</span>. And I do have a trukk. 				<description><![CDATA[ Ok, you can definately take Cybork on the Warboss. give him heavy armour as well. <br /> <br /> I'd give the big mek heavy armour too<br /> <br /> Also, i'd drop one mob of 20 boyz for a 5 ard nobz unit in a trukk (assuming you have a trukk) and give the other squad of 20 eavy armour (to make them ard boyz). <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(400);'>AS</span> well as more boyz. As many as you can with your left over points. (remember, Ardboyz are 10 points a model.)<br /> <br /> Finally, I'd (if you have enough points and money) invest in a painboy for your nobs. <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>FNP</span> is usefull.]]></description>

				<title>1000 pt ork army, help please</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ This is my own personal preference for an army but get rid of the Big Mek and take a Warboss in Mega-Armour. He's better in combat and you get the Waaagh! move. Take 100 Ork boys for 600 points (2 units of 20, 2 units of 30) and take big choppas instead of power klaws on the nobs. <br /> <br /> Big Choppas are S7 on the charge and much cheaper. Leave off on boss poles and give your warboss an attack squig. That should come to about 800 points.<br /> <br /> I always prefer the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(19);'>CC</span> fitting on my ork boyz but take one squad of shootas, because why not.<br /> <br /> I'd rather personally take bikers than deffkoptas unless you're gonna kit them out with bombs.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Well he already has a warboss, who is basically a mega armoured boss, only with a 4+ save not a 2+. And who move like a normal ork, not SAP.<br /> <br /> And if the poor guy comes up against guard armiys, he's gonna have alot of trouble dealing with all those tanks.]]></description>

They probably wont need it. <br /> <br /> Ard Nobz are eavy armoured Nobz, yes. I would recommed you combine the two lootas squad and drop a few to get the points for it. like, one squad of 8 should do it.<br /> <br /> Also, the Noz can count as troops because you have a warboss.<br /> <br /> I notice you didnt feild a painboy, as per my previous suggestion. I recomend you drop the gretchin to get the points for him. Theres only 10 of them and they have notoriously short range. Thay arennt much use unless swarmed.<br /> <br /> You can also get 0-3 Elites, fast and heavy choices <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(17);'>BTW</span>.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Wellllll, I did leave him with 200 points <img src="/s/i/a/39ea8e0dbfb45dcc6b802cd0e198dba3.gif" border="0"> Trust me, weigh of attacks win you the day with Ork armies. I'd add in some Killa Kans with some strong weapons. Leave out nobs units and all that until you're heading up towards 1,500 points. Dedication to one play style is your best bet in smaller games. Otherwise you don't have enough of a base to build on and everything comes across as mishmash.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ True. But 200 pts aginst, on average, 600pts of tanks?<br /> <br /> I play guard, favouring Leman russ executioners, punishers and demolishers. Those cut through hordes, in the case of all 3, and Tanks (with the exception of Punishers) with ease. And i can feild up to 9 of them (not in 1000 pts, but i can feild 7 of them in that number) so i think he'd die easily with your list.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ What good are 'ard boys going to do against leman russ? Waste of points. Also, you main issue there is that in taking 7 tanks in 1,000 points, you're proving how broken the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(69);'>IG</span> list is in smaller games. There aren't many forces that can stand up to that, especially considering you're asking him to take more elites, no tankbusters and drop power klaws.<br /> <br /> Really for fighting tank armies, he should be taking Killer Kans, Burnas, Kommandos, Tankbustas and a lovely shokk attack gun.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Well, thats certainly true. Guard are very very broken.<br /> <br /> The good news is, that not many people actually play guard that way in small lists. They use vets in chimeras and sentinels usually. So bring in some Rokkits, dead.<br /> <br /> Also, the point of putting ad boys in there is to stop all those flamers from decimatinghis boys whenever he gets too close. They arent a waste of points. Plus, they will save his hide if he goes up against Eldar or D.E. all those AP5 shooting weapons got nuthin.<br /> <br /> I dont see this forums problem with ard boys, they have been my MOTM 50%+ of the time.]]></description>

The optimal loadout for Nobz (both <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span> and the opinion of a good portion of Ork players on the site) is <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(107);'>PK</span>, bosspole. The whole point behind normal boyz is to be casualty cushions to get the nobz into combat. To that end, drop the ard boyz upgrade as there is far to many ap4 weapons around to make it a worthwhile upgrade.<br /> <br /> The lone trukk is useless <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(72);'>IMO</span> as its really fragile and at 1000pts, it being your only vehicle will be shredded instantaneously, leaving the nobz and boss to be shredded by enemy fire<br /> <br /> Biggest issue here is the extreme lack of anti-tank. Personally I don't think this would fare very well against any AV14, and with the high proportion of leman russes around, that is a big issue]]></description>

The bosspoles are a must, because ork leadership is crap and you want your unit to stick around for as long as you can. Outflank with your koptas with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> rokkits to have the ability to take out through <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 13. The Mega Armored Warboss makes an entire squad of boyz <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(489);'>SnP</span>, and that is less than good.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ My beef with the 'ard armor in this case is that I see a horde army with only 40 orks in it... without the 'ard upgrade, you could fill out one of the squads of boyz. They may last longer, but they may not with all of the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(6);'>AP</span> 4 out there. Why not give your opponent 10 more wounds he HAS to contend with, instead of a 4+ save that can be taken away?... I suppose this, like everything else with this game, is personal preference. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ If you're not going Wound Shenanigans on the Nobz, be sure not to attack or be attacked by too many <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>Str</span> 8 weapons on them, since that'll wipe the squad incredibly quickly, even with a 5+ invuln.  If you're looking for cheap shenanigans, look at giving a couple of them 'eavy Armour, and Bosspoles, maybe a twin linked or combi-weapon or Big Choppa.  It'll cost a little, but it does increase their survivability a whole lot, even if it's just 'these three have 'eavy armour, these three have Ammo runts, and this one with 'eavy armour has a bosspole'.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Don't forget that the Warboss lets you take Nobz as a troop choice, which can be used for objectives instead of the Gretchin. I've done this before and it worked out well  -- just some more food for thought.<br /> <br /> <br /> Also, you can drop the 'eavy on the Big Mek, there's plenty of boyz to keep him protected, 85 points for Big Mek with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(163);'>KFF</span> is probably one of the most cost effective <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>'s in the game. Also, you may wanna run all your boyz as shoota boyz since you're footsloggin' it. Slugga boyz are better in mech lists.<br /> <br /> One other tweak you should consider, is dropping the Gretchin, and taking 2 more lootas and splitting them into 2 groups of 5. This avoids leadership problems and increases your target saturation by quite a bit.]]></description>

Bombs and saw thing ( power fist )  the bombs work well on most troops and a power fist on a jet bike is a power fist on a dam jet bike.
