Also as a side note, thier 1/8" diameter x 1/8" thick rod magnet's are perfect fir for the "hinges" on Land Raider and Rhino side hatches. Now i need to search for those rolls or sheets of magnet i can cut and glue onto the movement trays.

If im not mistaken , thats very similar to fridge magnets? If yes , what is it called and where can i buy them?

I got the 30 mill sheeting which fits great on the bottom of the "cut to size" movement trays. The problem is it is a weak magnet so you'll need a stronger magnet glued to your figures to make them hold.
