This is one of my guardsmen models (clearly). What i'd like to know about this one is what I can do to add more detail. Obviously I'm going to clean him up a bit but what do you think I could add?

Either Drybrush with a blue that is one step brighter than the blue your using, or do line highlights on all the raised areas.

This is what mine looked like: (Not to great)



A bit brighter, but, this is the highlighting I mean. I've also always been biased to put a whit privates rank on the shoulder

thats a very good point. I completely forgot that they are separate things. would you recommend that I do the uniform underneath the same Khaki color as the pants and sleeves? and a few months about. Im rather new to this paiting deal.

I was originally doing the eagles boltgun metal; but I will try the white and see how it comes out.
