2x Stormraven Gunship, 4x Bloodstrike Missiles; Twin Linked MultiMelta; Twin Linked Plasma Cannon
3x Razorback, Twin Linked Plasma Gun, Lascannon, Hunter Killer Missile
2x Furioso Dreadnought, Blood Talons, Melta Gun, Storm Bolter

So ... any suggestions on what troops and HQ to add?

Obviously there are different ways to use these transports the most obvious being RAS without packs in razors and just the dread in the ravens. But I could field the razors empty and stixck a squad in the raven as an alternative with the dread. I could add priests. I could even use Meph.
how would you build it?

When im not doing that, I run the Sangunior with 2X10 jump packers. Sang has been great for distracting my opponent from shooting at my other units, and if he lives to hit combat with the jump packers the sheer amount of dice that will be rolled for combat is worth it alone.

I guess you could take Mephiston and 5 DC Marines with no upgrades if you cut the HK missiles. This is not ideal, as a Powerfist is a really good idea in the DC, but it's what I'd do under the circumstances.

The bottom line is that it will be tough to field 2 Stormravens at 1500 points. You really want to fill them with both a Dread and something else nasty; Assault Marines don't cut it. The problem is that you can only take 1 DC unit, unless you want to waste a ton of points on Astorath. So, that means either Assault Terminators or Mephiston in the second Stormraven, for a total of 900 or 925 points, depending on whether you take 5 TH/SS Termies or Mephiston. That doesn't leave much room for Troops.
