Neophyte Dreads??

Hey i want your opinion on an idea i was thinking about of making some neophyte dreads for my BT army, using sentinels and Dread bitz, a bit lighter than dreads looking but using the same stats as just makes it easier to play with. i might make a test one and post some pics see what you think, but please comment so i see what people think.

Neophyte Dreads??

Dreadnoughts are usually reserved for venerated heroes of the chapter, so I doubt they would allow a neophyte ride in one. Aside from that one fluff booboo though, I'm curious to see what you can bring.
Neophyte Dreads??

Sort of that look to it Dread knighty but smaller. then have a real dread to almost teach them to handle it so its like they are trained to become dreads rather than they fill the position when they become old or badly injured. In the BT (or mine the fluff is) they either die or become a sword brethren. the training kind of justifys the veteran rules (tankhunters or furious charge) rules.
