Also, Juno is a mainstream movie. The lumberjack look isn't hipster, as it's fairly common. Why would a hipster wear something that's mainstream? Our live theaters, like the Walker (pictured in article) show actual theater productions, like Shakespeare, or Ibsen. Hipster theatre is improv plays in the back of a warehouse that explore modern themes of sexuality through the use of naval metaphors, where the only price of admission is finding a way into the warehouse without the security guard catching you.
I've never heard of the last 3 bands mentioned, but Bob Dylan and Prince are very definitely mainstream. Of course, that means the last 3 are hipster bands, now that I think about it.

But Minnesota's most awesome part is anything north of Duluth, including Duluth over to Brainerd, as a general line.
