Are sonic blasters one-handed and able to be used in turn with a close combat weapon too?

Can the champion use a power weapon AND a sonic blaster along with his doom siren backpack?

I wouldn't recommend having Noise Marines as the core of your force however; I'd recommend having CSM's (or some other cult troops if you want) form the core as Noise Marines are expensive (points and pounds) and lack anti-tank.

They are always equipped with a BP+CCW so they always gain the +1 attack for 2 CWW's, don't worry about that.

I'd recommend either going all sonic blasters, or no sonic blasters and a doom siren or blastmaster rather than a mix however. And I respectfully disagree. Sonic Blasters are hands down the best two-handed gun in the game, save a pulse rifle.

Are they worth the five points? Damn right they are. Assault 2/Heavy 3, yes please.
