Golden helm as in golden mask? Useful to scare units but I'm worried about the lack of a ward save on this guy

I worry even more with the lack of ward saves on this. Even with Look out sir or the ward spell if something gets into combat with your main man, hes dead. Also only the BSB may have a standard

Hmm imo I would really only use a warsphinx prince if I ran out of special slots which I think you have plenty of. Make the prince on foot (can buff skeletons) and make the sphinx a separate unit (you could argue hes even more killy with 4 KB guys on)

Nothing much wrong here although I havent really tried out halberds. Still used to the old Hand Weapon and Shield combo.

Bit expensive so watch out. They can either do wonderfully or fail without doing much. Risk/reward system

Hmm I prefer my warriors with hand weapons to be cheaper but if you can get KB on these guys they could be deadly

Horsemen with spears doesnt really appeal to me. With those points you could get some other even more hitty unit like chariots or something. If you want horse men I would go for archers for their fast movement and scout
