i recently bought sa battle foam bag and foam and was very dissapointed

Hi

Just splashed out on a battle foam bag and foam after hearing the adverts on 40k radio. i found it very poor quality specially the bag lots of loose threads and one zips does not work and laser cut foam too small for my land raiders.

I phoned battle foam and got a very rude person on the phone who said that everything was checked for quality, that person must be on min wage all i can say.

Can anyone recommend a better company or bag to buy as traveling to the uk and would not trust my minis to this bag.

i wished i had listened to people who advised me dont deal with this company.

just looking for any other people in a similar situartion, or if i am a one off

I have heard mixed things about BattleFoam products. Some people love them, some don't.

I have a Sabol Design bag with pluck foam. The bag serves its purpose, but I did not like the foam. I would suggest buying it empty and buying BLU foam for it. Its also pluck foam, but I have been impressed.

I LOVE my battle foam bag, the pluck foam is easy to work with and the bag itself is really tough. It's a quality product. Sorry to hear you were disappointed.

I have two Sabol bags and a Battlefoam one. The Sabol bag is sufficient (and cheap) but the Battlefoam bag feels so much more substantial and sturdy. It's a good bag. I've also spoken to their staff twice on the phone, and they've always been friendly and personable. I'm surprised you had such a bad time. The laser cut foam is really surprising, as I'd think those would be pretty standard sizes. Can you show us pictures of the threads and the LR not fitting?

I think you may have a bad product....My battlefoam bag came perfectly, and the foam was fine. No problems whatsoever.

Perhaps try calling again? Sounds like the guy on the other end was a bit of an arse, so trying again may have better results.
