It's already quite Krooty enough, and I may just end up using these models, but the converter in me wants to use something different. I went looking through my model collection, and I have some Warmaster undead carrion models:



I have also been looking at using these two models as the base for a Kroot conversion, the Warmaster dark elf hydra and Lizardmen razordon:




Currently, my personal preference is the hydra, simply because it has five heads. The razorwing flock is a 5 attack, 5 wound model. The heads also closely resemble Kroot hounds, which I have been using as Khymerae. I am partial to the razordon, however, as I envision my Kroot army to look like all the different Pandoran beasts from the movie Avatar under one guided direction, and the razordon reminds me of this fella.
