If you have any long range template weapons, USE THEM. More specifically use it on any Fire warriors loitering a HALF-INCH away from his devil fish (trust me thats where they will be). Use the long range, high strength weapon to take out the devil fishes. Now he will have no where to run, and his fire warriors can be routed by the templates. Don't pack infantry so tight.
