<![CDATA[Latest posts for the thread "500 point Eldar Harlequin army"]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/14.page JForum - http://www.jforum.net 500 point Eldar Harlequin army 40k and wanted to make an army based around the Harlequin Eldar models, so far this is what i have come up with but it puts me either 1 or 6 points over 500. Any advice? (the falcon in to take out any chimera or transports though im not sure it's 100% needed)

HQ- Farseer w/ fortune or doom

Elites - 8 Harlies w/ kisses

Troops - 2x five man dire avenger squads

Heavy Assault - Falcon w/ single shuriken cannon

so with fortune 506 points, with doom 501 points maybe drop the kisses on 2 of the harlies and get fortune?

I'm not even sure that going for much more than the two compulsory troops choices and a HQ is any good for 500 pts. games. Sure Harlequins are effective and very good at what they do. But if you want to make an all comers list at 500 pts. You need as few units as possible to ensure that you have the points required to meet all roles. Also, If your playing a friendly game, why not try this codex? It's a pure harlequin codex. You deploy the avengers and the wave serpent separately
