As said above, you dont need to make a banner. Hell, you dont even need to make a sign. For isntance something like a really big choppa, or a dead body. If you're confused about my comment, I said that I created the .gif in my sig using a program called Gif Builder. I created maybe a year ago, so it is entirely possible that he saw it back then...

The blank banner is out of a set of WH orcs, painted by me. Does it look like a WAAAGH! banner enough?

BTW, do youself a favour, if you are going to expand your 40k orks, get a set of WH orcs and intermingle the parts with the 40k boyz (same size.) It gives you a bit of variation.
