My teammate will be fielding Blood Angels with something like 1 Librarian, 2 5-man Assault Squads with Meltas in Razorbacks with TL Plasmaguns / Lascannons, and 3 ACLC Predators. I think he might be taking a Furioso Librarian as well.

I'd also consider doing away with Thawn, swapping the master-crafting to the psycannons and running paladin squads instead of terminator ones - more durability and hence in the end more bang for your buck.

Allows 35 points for a banner and/or master-crafting. While I find your suggestions interesting, I was specifically looking to avoid running pure Paladins. My Terminators draw a lot of high strength / low AP shooting. This means the extra wound rarely matters. The plus is that my Dreadnoughts are usually left to do whatever they want. That may change now that they can officially score.
