Woops I forgot to add, the build I used today was:

2 demon princes with Mark of Slaanesh and lash

3 obliterators, separated into separate squads but maybe i should have clumped them. gave my opponent too many kill pts that way.

So to fix the list drop the rino off the ts thay don't realy need it thay have slow and puroseful and give the plauge marines 2 plasma guns and get rid of the champion in the plauge.

I'd drop one, give the other one wings, because it needs it. Then give the PM 2x Meltas, and TS a power that you like, and give the Champ a PF and if the points are there beef up the squad.

If your Oblits are dieing so easily, then you're doing something wrong or your opponent is doing something very right. They shouldn't be getting to many shots thrown at them, esp in a 1000pt game.
