BA. I know mech is more competitive, but play DOA because I think it's more fun. I still have a good record with them too. Either way is a quick way to get stuck in with the enemy and if you move well you can confuse and table people.

From a fluff stand point I suggest making your own chapter, but that's just me. GK are all about having dudes bunkered into Rhinos and then shooting from the top. Grey Knights is a good shooting army that is amazing in CC, but competitively they are best at shooting until you can get into CC. Are you sure your talking about GK there?
Bunkering in Rhinos and staying at range to take shots?
That sounds nothing like them or what they are supposed to be
